Oggi il gusto è cambiato e Cristina, pur non abbandonando le regole di una cucina semplice che si rifà alla tradizione riesce, con la sua innata raffinatezza ed eleganza, a proporre piatti moderni con abbinamenti curiosi ma mai esagerati.

seguono il lavoro del ristorante nato nel 1968, con grande passione mettendo massima cura nei particolari sia dell’arredamento, nella composizione dei fiori, nella preparazione delle pietanze e nella scelta attenta dei vini. Entrando vi sentirete in mani sicure. “Al Ceppo” si dice sia uno dei pochi ristoranti dove anche sedendo da soli ci si sente in allegra compagnia.

La cucina come laboratorio, dove professionalità e simpatia trovano il giusto equilibrio con la grande voglia di sperimentare ma sempre avendo ben salde le tradizioni.  Una brigata di chef che si aiutano collaborando e stimolandosi dagli antipasti ai dolci, dove la nostra chef pasticcere con entusiasmo crea l'ultimo ricordo che avrete uscendo dal ristorante.

The kitchen as a laboratory, where professionalism and sympathy find the right balance with the great desire to experiment but always having strong traditions. A brigade of chefs who help each other by collaborating and stimulating themselves from appetizers to desserts, where our pastry chef enthusiastically creates the last memory you will have when you leave the restaurant.
