Our History
Founded in 1968 by Cristina, Al Ceppo is an icon of Roman dining, born from the encounter between the traditions of the Marche region and the elegance of Rome.
For over half a century, Cristina has collaborated with her chefs to create refined, seasonal cuisine rich in authentic flavors, where each dish pays homage to tradition but with a contemporary twist.
The exposed grill, with its charcoal cooking, enhances the quality of the raw materials and offers a unique sensory experience.
Alongside Cristina, her daughter Caterina curates a prestigious and refined selection of wines: with over 900 labels, our wine list places particular emphasis on great Italian and French wines, offering guests a journey of taste in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
